Please read these Terms carefully. They set out the rules for using the Klyroon website and platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Klyroon website at klyroon.com and the services provided by Klyroon ("Klyroon", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Klyroon provides an AI infrastructure platform that extracts, adapts and migrates AI-generated applications to secure, scalable cloud environments, and offers related enterprise features such as security audits, compliance support, single sign-on and monitoring. The specific scope of any engagement is set out in a separate order or service agreement.

3. Accounts and registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Upload or process content or code that infringes the rights of others or that you are not authorized to share.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.
Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the platform except as permitted by law.

5. Customer content and code

You retain ownership of the applications, code and data you provide to us. You grant Klyroon a limited license to access, process and modify that material solely to provide the services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

6. Intellectual property

The Klyroon platform, website, and all associated software, trademarks and content are owned by Klyroon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Service levels and availability

Where a service agreement specifies a service level such as a 99.9% uptime commitment, that commitment applies to the covered production infrastructure as described in the agreement. Website and informational content are provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Fees

Fees for paid services are set out in the applicable order or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyroon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms or use the services in a manner that risks harm to Klyroon or others. You may stop using the services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
